For Members

  • Annual physical exam and wellness planning

  • Preventive care and screenings

Non-Member Consultation Services

  • Initial Consultation: $200

    A comprehensive initial visit to discuss your health history, concerns, and goals. This is a prerequisite for all other non-member services.

  • Medication Management: $150 per visit

    Follow-up visits for the ongoing management and adjustment of medications for chronic conditions.

  • Medical Marijuana Certification/Follow-up: $200

    Consultation and certification for medical marijuana use, as well as follow-up appointments as required by law.

  • ADHD Management: $175 per visit

    Specialized consultation and management for individuals with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.

For individuals not enrolled in our membership program, we offer a selection of a la carte consultation services. Please note that these services are priced per visit and do not include the benefits of our membership tiers.
